纖維複合材料纏繞技術，讓氫氣瓶可以承受儲存所需的高壓條件，這意味著氫能的應用範圍增加，安全性提高，整體效能也得到了提升。
純電垂直起降無人機全機種，能在風速達每小時 40 公里的強風中進行升降與飛行，遇上炎熱和寒冷氣候，都能如常執行任務。
為了低軌道設備所研發出來的通訊與導航控制系統，可以有效且穩定的傳輸訊號，讓高空載體可以順利的執行任務。
廠內設有三軸、五軸 CNC 及其他精密加工設備。

L-PBF uses a high-power laser to selectively melt metal powder layer by layer. It is suitable for complex geometries, lightweight structures, internal channels, and high-performance metal components.
Common materials include titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, nickel alloys, cobalt-chromium alloys, and other metal powders depending on project requirements.
Yes. Rayvatek can support design review, manufacturability evaluation, topology optimization, support strategy, post-processing planning, and inspection recommendations.
Yes. Depending on the part, post-processing may include stress relief, heat treatment, support removal, CNC machining, polishing, surface treatment, or inspection.
It depends on the geometry, tolerance, material, and application. Metal 3D printing is especially useful when the design is difficult or inefficient to make with CNC alone.
Tolerance depends on material, size, orientation, and post-processing. CNC finishing can be added when tighter functional surfaces are required.

可以，我們從前期圖檔設計就能參與，提供您針對積層製造製程的建議。
製作複雜結構是金屬3D列印的優勢，不過還是會有難度和可行性上的考量，仍須由技術部評估。
金屬3D列印印出來的是粗胚 (表面比較粗糙)，我們可以配合表面處理或是 CNC 後修。
有圖我們就可以評估列印的難易度，可行性會是評估後判斷。
以10立方公分為例，不鏽鋼、鈦合金: +/- 5條；鋁合金 + others: +/- 10條
